How we charge,
and why.

Agency pricing is usually opaque on purpose. Ours isn't. These are the questions we get in every sales call — answered here so you don't have to ask.

Talk to us
Retainer or project. We never bill hourly — incentives there are too misaligned. Retainer billing is monthly, project billing is upfront 50% + final 50%.
On some engagements, yes — a CAC-cap or pipeline-share model. We won't do pure-pay-on-performance (it ties our hands during the foundation-building phase that pays back later).
You can cancel inside the first 60 days for any reason. We refund unbilled time. It's the cleanest way to mitigate the risk of a bad agency fit on both sides.
We respond to formal RFPs from enterprise clients with established procurement. We do not do unpaid bake-offs against 6 other agencies — the agencies that win those typically have the worst margins, which becomes your problem later.
For Engine and Embedded tiers: all tooling, dashboards, creative production capacity (within scope), and senior strategist time. Some specialist tooling (e.g. 6sense, custom MMM) is passed through.
Yes. We rebalance scope quarterly. Most clients add services as the program shows results — and occasionally drop ones we've graduated out of.
